Happy Monday everyone! I am so excited to be able to share with you my first “true” home tour. Incase you’re new to my blog, I live in NYC and, of course, that I means I live in a rented space. I’ve made it my mission over the last few years to show, educate and prove that you can turn a rented space into a home.
I believe there’s always room to improve and it’s important to understand that my design is never truly finished. I’m constantly moving my furniture and adding new decor. With that in mind, welcome to my home tour:
I feel blessed to have such a large entryway. In NYC, something like this is extremely rare. Since this is the first area my guests see when they walk into my home, it was important to make this space a main feature point.

I wanted my living room to share an equal amount of design and functionality. I used design as a mask for extra storage and seating.
Can you believe that’s not real marble? It’s just contact paper! I also switched out my hardware to create a more “glam” feel.
I wanted my bedroom to reflect complete calm and relaxation. I stuck to super neutral colors like grays and whites with just a few pops of gold.
I hope you enjoyed this post and feel free to leave comments or questions below. All resources will be in the shop section.
